Ordering
We will send you an email when your order has processed and shipped. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking to appear through your selected courier.
We accept orders 24/7 and do our best to process each order as soon as possible. Our standard processing time is 1- 2 business days.
Orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the following day, and all orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or over a holiday/long weekend will be processed immediately the following business day.

Orders shipping to NY and NJ are subjected to state taxes. Taxes are calculated at checkout. Bawdy is not responsible for custom fees or duty taxes on international orders.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

We ship anywhere in the U.S. with free shipping on all orders over $75.
Bawdy does not ship to freight forwarding locations, hotels or PO Boxes.
Yes. We ship to all countries except Japan and Indonesia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight of your order. Bawdy is not responsible for additional fees for tax, duties, VAT, government fees on international orders.
All U.S. orders are shipped with USPS, UPS ground or priority. You can request another way of shipping however, additional charges may apply. Please contact us info@bawdybeauty.com to request an alternative shipping method.
Internationally, we can ship with USPS first. Priority and Express shipping is charged to the customer at an additional cost during checkout process. Bawdy is not responsible for additional fees for tax, duties, VAT, government fees on international orders.
**COVID-19 UPDATE: During this time of constant change Bawdy remains open and accepting orders. For all domestic orders you may experience delays up to 15 days. For all international orders you may experience delays up to 6 weeks. We apologize for the inconvenience and we're working to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
Domestic: 1-7 days business days
Priority: 3-5 days.
International: 5-15 business days depending on location. Some countries take a very long time to process shipments.

Please note, if the tracking on your order is updated as "Delivered" we are unable to trace beyond the delivery. Be sure to double check with any neighbors if they have your package or if it's been sent back to the post office.
If you still cannot find your package, you may want to report the lost or stolen package with your home or renter's insurance and/or the post office for reimbursement.
Unfortunately Bawdy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that has left our premises.
